The weekend of Sept 26 Papaw came to visit. He got into town just in time for mom and dad to leave for a party. We had a couple hours away with some friends then back home to go out to dinner to our favorite place - McGurks.
After Papaw left on Sunday, Evelyn went to play at her friend Natalie's house. They got dressed up and showed off their halloween costumes. Then later that night, mom cut Evelyn's hair. IT looks so cute.
Can you say trouble???
We celebrated our 4 year anniversary on Oct 1 with dinner at home followed by Evelyn's little gym class. To celebrate we all went out for ice cream after Ev's class.
The following weekend Oct3-6, Babu came to visit for a couple days. She too arrived just in time for mom and dad to leave for a trip to the winery to celebrate Choo Choo's birthday. Nothing like saying hi, bye, thanks for watching our kid two weekends in a row. :) On Sunday, we went to the pumpkin patch and picked pumpkins, then came home and played on the playground. Monday and Tuesday we just hung out until Babu had to fly home.
Then last week Great Grams and Gramps came to visit for a couple days. They got to see Ev tumble and play in her little gym class. Evelyn was so excited they were there and that she got ice cream two weeks in a row.Even with all the visitors we still found time to watch the Yankees sweep the Twinkies!!!
